What a MONTH! Wowza! I've definitely had my share of emotional highs and lows pretty much throughout this entire Summer.

I’ve either experienced days of total forward momentum or molasses. The highs include giving our best-yet Summer Singers Intensive and sharing big client wins like…

But being in flux is NO JOKE. At our intensive we talked extensively about what it really takes to become a professional singer, manage emotions and stay in high vibe.

One way we stay grounded through it all is by using affirmations.

Affirmations and Mantras are an ancient thing.

When carefully chosen, they are said to have the ability to alter your subconscious impulses, habits, and afflictions.

Your thoughts influence your actions, so the more you affirm your singing dream, the more likely you are to take the time to learn new skills and grow.
